Vertically driven automatic firewater barrier

The TÜV and VdS certified firewater barrier consists of one left side U-profile and one right side U-profile as well as a hollow, thermally and mechanically resistant aluminum barrier. When not in use, the barrier is held in the upper position by pneumatic cylinders.

The pneumatically controlled, weight-compensated closing of the barrier begins when designated buttons are activated or there is a loss of power. When the metal barrier has been lowered to the active position it is automatically locked into place by two pneumatic quick clamps. Unlocking of the clamps and resetting of the barrier to its upper position occur pneumatically.
